I’m the guy you give a funny look to after seeing how much I pack on a sausage.

Ketchup in a squiggle lengthwise as a base and to secure the onions

Four heaping spoonfuls of bruschetta topper aiming specifically for the crunchy bits of cucumber

A spoonful of creamy corn more for colour than flavour

A forkful of sauerkraut

A couple pickles

With BBQ sauce, Honey Dijon, and Mayo to top it off

I’m constantly seeking the best balance of condiments.
